One rhubarb stalk is erupting.

I planted my first batch of seeds this afternoon – spinach, chard, lacinato kale, lettuce, arugula, Chinese kale, and amaranth. Though temperatures will surely dip back below the 70-degree mark, these plants can handle cold snaps.

As if spring weren't already apparent enough, the apricot tree is about to burst into bloom!

The sorrel came back lighting fast.
